Recruiting without spreadsheets

Jobs, candidates and screening in one place, with a talent pool and data protection built in.

RHTECH brings job openings, applications, screening and interviews into a single pipeline, so hiring stops living between the inbox and a spreadsheet.

Publish jobs, receive applications through a public link, move candidates through recruiter-led screening stages, and record interviews and offers. Everything is auditable, follows Brazil's LGPD (data protection law) and connects with the other RHTECH modules (hiring paperwork, training, performance review).

Modular platform: start with this module alone or combine it with others.

Where hiring loses time and loses candidates

Most of the delay in a hiring process is not in the interview. It is in the gaps between steps: a résumé that arrives by email and takes days to be read, a candidate left without an answer, a hiring manager asking for a summary the recruiter has already written twice, a tracking spreadsheet that only reflects reality when someone remembers to update it. Each of those gaps costs good candidates, because people who are in demand get another offer while they wait.

There is also a quiet cost: scattered data. Résumés in the inbox, interview notes in loose documents, tests in another tool and the final decision in a messaging group. Besides making the process impossible to measure, that is personal data moving around without control, and Brazil's LGPD (data protection law) requires knowing where each résumé is, how long it is kept and who has accessed it.

RHTECH's applicant tracking software brings the process into a single pipeline. The job opening is published on its own page, applications go straight into the pipeline, the stages are visible to everyone involved, and candidate consent is collected at the source. The AI acts as a reader: it summarizes each résumé, compares it with the job and compares candidates with each other. It does not screen, advance or reject anyone, because that belongs to the recruiter and the hiring manager.

What the module does not fix is a poorly written job description, and it is worth saying because it is the most common cause of a long process. Generic requirements attract generic applications, and no pipeline can fix that later. The conversation between recruiter and hiring manager about what the position really requires is still the step that shortens the process the most, and it happens before any tool comes in.

    FAQ

    Questions about Recruiting

What does the AI do with résumés?

Three things, and all of them are reading. It summarizes the résumé, compares it with the requirements you described in the job opening, and compares the candidates for the same job with each other. What you get back is a summary, fit, gaps and a side-by-side comparison. The AI does not screen candidates: it never advances or rejects anyone, and the decision stays with the recruiter and the hiring manager. The benefit is arriving at the interview with prepared questions instead of opening the résumé for the first time in front of the candidate.

Can we see which stage each candidate is in?

Yes, that is what the kanban pipeline is for. Each job has its own stages, and candidates move between them with a record of who moved them and when. The practical benefit is not visual: the question "what happened with that candidate?" gets an answer without anyone digging through email or asking a colleague.

Does the hiring process comply with Brazil's LGPD?

Yes. Candidates give explicit consent when they apply, the talent pool respects a retention period, and there is a record of who accessed each résumé. Deletion requests are handled by the platform's governance area, with evidence that the request was fulfilled.

Can we publish jobs on a public link?

Yes. Each company has its own public careers page with its own link, which you share on social media, your website or community groups. Applications go straight into the pipeline, with no manual forwarding of emails and no résumés lost in an inbox.

Are a talent hub and a talent pool the same thing?

Yes, and some call it a talent bank. It is the database of candidates who have already been through a hiring process and can be considered for a future job, instead of starting the search from zero every time. What separates a useful pool from a dead list is that it keeps which process each person was in, how far they got and why they did not move forward, and that it respects the retention period they consented to.

Is digital hiring paperwork part of the module?

Yes. After the offer is accepted, the person submits documents and signs the contract on the platform itself, before day one. That shortens the timeline, removes retyping of data already provided in the application and keeps a record of consent and of who accessed each document. Hiring paperwork is not the same as onboarding: the first covers the employment relationship and the documents, the second covers bringing the person into the team.

What happens after a candidate is hired?

Digital hiring paperwork collects the documents of the hired candidate and, if you use the other modules, the new employee starts with the training matrix for the role, the current review cycle and the role's permissions, without being registered again in another system.
