Daily pulses, engagement and psychosocial risks

    Wellbeing and work pulses.

RHTECH measures employee wellbeing with short, frequent pulses, alerts you when a team's pattern changes and links the results to psychosocial risks under Brazil's NR-1.

Follow your company's emotional temperature in real time, spot psychosocial risks early and act where it really matters, without long or tiring surveys.

Modular platform: start with this module alone or combine it with others.

What a pulse sees that an annual survey misses

An engagement survey is a yearly or twice-yearly snapshot. It describes the overall picture well and is poor at catching what changes within a month. A team that becomes overloaded after someone leaves, a shift that gets worse after a schedule change, a new conflict with a leader: all of it appears and gets resolved, or worse, within the gap between two surveys, and simply does not show up in the next snapshot.

That gap is no longer just a management problem. Brazil's NR-1 (occupational risk management) now requires psychosocial risks to be identified and handled like any other occupational risk, with evidence of what was detected and what was done about it. Factors like overload, excessive pace and interpersonal conflict need continuous monitoring, and one survey a year is not continuous monitoring.

RHTECH's Wellbeing Pulse is the short, frequent measurement that fills that gap. The mood pulse and the work pulse take seconds to answer, the team thermometer shows change over time instead of a single number, and the alert arrives when a group's pattern changes, not months later. Individual answers are not exposed to the manager.

A pulse measures signals; it does not diagnose. It shows where to look and when, and the conversation that follows is still the responsibility of leadership and, when needed, occupational health. The value is in reaching that conversation in the month the problem appeared, with a record of what was detected and what was done, which is exactly what the standard asks for.

    FAQ

    Questions about Wellbeing Pulse

What is the difference between a pulse and an engagement survey?

An engagement survey is broad and periodic: it gives depth and year-over-year comparison. A pulse is short and frequent: it captures change in days, not months. A problem that starts in March shows up in the pulse in March, not in the November survey.

How do pulses help with Brazil's NR-1?

Brazil's NR-1 requires psychosocial risks to be handled with the same rigor as physical risks, which means identifying and monitoring them. Pulses produce the continuous data for that identification, and each signal can be linked to a risk in the PGR (Brazil's risk management program), with an action plan and evidence: the trail inspectors expect to see.

Does answering a pulse take much of an employee's time?

No. The questions take a few seconds and fit into the daily routine. The goal is to avoid the long form people abandon: low friction is what keeps the history going and makes the team thermometer reliable.

Can managers see each person's individual answer?

It depends on the settings and the type of signal. By default, managers see the team thermometer, not individual answers. Critical alerts can be routed to specific roles you define, so serious cases reach someone who is in a position to act.
