Privacy policy and cookie notice
This policy applies to the RHTECH website, rhtech.com.br, including its English and Spanish versions at rhtech.ai. It describes what RHTECH collects here, why, who we share it with and what you can require of us.
This is a translation of the original policy, written in Portuguese. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
The contracted platform, where our clients' employee data is stored, is governed by its own contract: there, RHTECH acts as processor, and the client company decides the purposes.
1. Who controls your data
The controller of the data collected on this website is RHTECH. For any matter related to this policy, including exercising the rights described in section 6, contact oi@rhtech.com.br.
Data protection officer (encarregado, art. 41 of Brazil's LGPD)
Officer: Renata Kelly Mercadante
Alternate: Natalia Caroline Batista
Contact: dpo@rhtech.com.br
2. What we collect, and only that
The website has no sign-up, login or restricted area. There is a single place where you provide data: the request form (on the English and Spanish versions, the 15-day trial request form). It collects
- name and email, which are required;
- company, job title, phone, country and number of employees;
- the modules you marked as of interest and the message you wrote;
- the page where the form was submitted, so we know which topic brought you to us.
We do not ask for a CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer number), we do not ask for payment details and we do not collect sensitive data on this website.
3. What we use it for, and on which legal basis
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Reply to your request and conduct the sales conversation | The data in section 2 | Preliminary steps related to a contract, at your request (Brazil's LGPD, art. 7, V) |
| Schedule the meeting you requested (Portuguese version of the site only) | Name, email and time slot, via Calendly | Preliminary steps related to a contract, at your request (Brazil's LGPD, art. 7, V) |
| Understand how the website is used and what is read | Analytics cookies (section 5) | Your consent (Brazil's LGPD, art. 7, I) |
| Measure ad results and show related content | Marketing cookies (section 5) | Your consent (Brazil's LGPD, art. 7, I) |
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use what you send here for anything beyond what is in this table.
4. Who we share it with
The following third parties take part in running this website, and it is worth knowing what each one sees:
- Web3Forms: delivers the form to our inbox. What you filled in passes through this company's servers, outside Brazil, before reaching RHTECH. This is an international data transfer, made to carry out what you requested.
- Calendly: used only on the Portuguese version of the site, which offers meeting scheduling. It receives what you fill in to schedule the meeting (name, email and chosen time slot), also outside Brazil. Scheduling opens in a Calendly frame, under Calendly's own policy, and nothing loads before you click to schedule. If you don't use this option, Calendly is not triggered.
- Google (Tag Manager and Analytics): receives browsing data, also outside Brazil. Nothing is sent to Google before you allow it: without consent, the scripts are not even loaded.
We may also share data when required by law or by order of a competent authority.
5. Cookies
A cookie is a file the website stores in your browser. Some are essential; the rest only exist if you want them.
Necessary, always on
They provide security and store your own cookie choice, so we don't ask again on every page. The website doesn't work without them, so there is nothing to consent to.
Analytics, only with your permission
Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager. It sets _ga and _gid, which tell visitors apart across sessions and show which pages are read.
Marketing, only with your permission
They let us measure ad results and show RHTECH content on other websites. Without this permission, no advertising tag is turned on.
You can change your choice now. Declining limits nothing: the whole website works the same.
6. Your rights, and how to exercise them
Brazil's LGPD guarantees you, at any time and free of charge, the right to:
- confirm that we process your data, and access it;
- correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- request anonymization, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary or processed unlawfully;
- request portability to another provider;
- know who we share your data with;
- withdraw consent, when consent was the basis, which includes cookies, using the button in section 5;
- object to processing you consider irregular.
Write to oi@rhtech.com.br and we will reply within the period set by law. You can also file a complaint directly with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
7. How long we keep it
The data you sent through the form stays in RHTECH's sales inbox for up to 24 months from our last contact, and is deleted after that. If you ask earlier, we delete it earlier.
If the conversation turns into a contract, the data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the legal periods that apply after it, such as tax-related ones.
Analytics and marketing cookies follow the cookie's own expiration period (_ga lasts two years) and are deleted as soon as you withdraw your permission.
8. Security
The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the inbox that receives the forms is restricted to the sales team. No measure removes risk entirely; if an incident occurs that poses a relevant risk to you, we will notify you as required by Brazil's LGPD.
9. Changes
If this policy changes in a relevant way, the date below is updated. When a change involves a new purpose for cookies, the notice appears again so you can decide again. A previous permission does not cover what you had no way to assess.
