Engagement, climate and pulse surveys

Really listen to your company, with no separate tool to buy.

RHTECH runs engagement surveys with anonymity protected and returns results broken down by unit, department and role, already tied to an action plan.

Create anonymous or identified surveys, send them through individual links, follow responses in real time and export results by unit, department and role with a minimum privacy threshold.

Modular platform: start with this module alone or combine it with others.

A survey that leads to no action burns the next one

The biggest risk of an engagement survey is not getting bad results. It is doing nothing with them. When the company runs the survey, thanks everyone for taking part and announces no change, the next round gets fewer responses and more guarded ones. Within a few cycles the survey stops measuring engagement and starts measuring how much people still believe answering makes any difference.

The second issue is reading the results. A company-wide score barely helps you decide, because it hides the variation that matters: the department with a real problem is diluted in the average of the ones doing well. Without breakdowns by unit, department and role, HR knows there is a problem and does not know where it is, which pushes the response toward a generic action that does not solve the specific case.

The RHTECH Surveys & Forms module works on both points. Each person gets an individual link and anonymity is preserved in the results, which supports the trust needed for honest answers, and breakdowns by unit, department and role show where the problem really is. Open-ended answers are grouped by theme, with a count of how often each one appears, instead of being read by sampling. Results come out as an action plan, linked to the PGR (Brazil's occupational risk management program) when a finding is a psychosocial risk.

None of this replaces the decision to act, which is a management call and sometimes costs money. But it removes the most common excuse for not acting, which is not knowing exactly what the data is saying. With breakdowns and the plan in the same place, what becomes visible is the choice to prioritize or not, and that is a much better discussion than the previous one.

    Why choose Surveys & Forms

Built to solve the real problem, not just to "have the module".

    Real anonymity, not just stated

An anonymous survey means anonymous: neither HR, IT nor the manager can identify respondents.

    Distribution by link

Each employee gets a unique link; no login, no app to install and no password to remember.

    Breakdowns by dimension

Results by unit, department and role, with a minimum privacy filter to prevent identification by deduction.

    Automatic recurring pulse

Scheduled short surveys at regular intervals, with no manual work: engagement, eNPS and weekly pulse.

    FAQ

    Questions about Surveys & Forms

Is the engagement survey really anonymous?

Yes, when you set it up that way. In anonymous surveys the answer is separated from the person, and breakdowns respect a minimum number of respondents per group, so no result can identify who answered what. You can also choose identified surveys when the topic calls for it.

How often should we run an engagement survey?

The most common practice is one broad engagement survey per year, complemented by short pulses during the period. The annual survey gives depth and comparability; the pulse captures quick changes and keeps a problem from staying invisible for twelve months.

What should we do with the survey results?

Results open action plans with an owner and a deadline, and when the topic is psychosocial risk they feed the PGR in the Health, Safety & Compliance module. That link is what breaks the classic cycle of running the survey, presenting the slide and changing nothing until the next round.
